On November 4, 2022, the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO) together with the Ateneo Research Institute of Science and Engineering (ARISE) and the John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM) received a delegation of Japanese high-tech industries led by Leave a Nest Philippines. The purpose of their visit was to explore the innovation ecosystem within the Ateneo de Manila University by touring its facilities and connecting with researchers and Ateneo-based startups. The visit also served as an opportunity for the Ateneo researchers and startups to forge potential partnerships with Japanese industries.
