Innovative leadership is a critical skill in today’s fast-evolving world. Traditional learning methods often struggle to engage participants due to challenges such as short attention spans, limited communication skills, and a strong preference for customized learning experiences.

The Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO) and Gaming Library offer Game-Based Learning (GBL) as a compelling solution by incorporating experiential, social, and personalized learning approaches. Through structured play, participants enhance their ability to think critically, work collaboratively, and develop leadership skills in an immersive and engaging environment. This workshop leverages GBL to equip participants with 21st-century skills essential for navigating complex innovation landscapes.
