The Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO), in collaboration with Finden Technologies, Inc., held a transformative three-day Design Thinking Workshop titled "Innovate for Impact" from October 21-23, 2024, at Finden Technologies' headquarters in Pasig City. This hands-on workshop aimed to foster innovation and empower Fiden Technologies’ managers and officers with user-centered problem-solving skills.

Fostering Innovation Through Collaboration

Guided by the principles of empathy, teamwork, and innovation, the workshop aligned perfectly with Finden’s core values and commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions for their customers.

Design Thinking in Action

Over the course of three days, participants explored the five phases of Design Thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Through interactive sessions facilitated by AIPO experts, participants learned to:

  • Understand their users' needs and challenges through empathy.

  • Define clear, actionable problem statements.
